The Administrator is the member of the Admin Team who is chosen by the previous Administrator to take on the reigns of a new Student Show. They are the leads of the whole organisation and make sure the Admin Team are doing their jobs properly! The Assistant Administrator is there to support the Administrator through the highs and lows of the year with various jobs to carry out in the background.
The Publicity Team are the ones keeping you all up to date with the latest Student Show developments and are in control of all of the social media accounts - answering your messages, posting show dates, updating the website and contacting various news outlets! The Business Team are a busy group of people who spend the year securing sponsorships for the production. Putting on a production of this scale comes at a cost and sponsorships from local businesses is key to us being able to raise funds for local charities. They contact local businesses, arrange sponsorships and promotion! If you know of any businesses who would be interested please get in contact here.
The Souvie Team are responsible for the incredible souvenir programmes that you can get your hands on when you come and see the show. Their job is to create to organise all of the pieces of the Souvie, including: the cast and prod team blurbs; sponsor adverts and various pictures. They also are in close contact with our Graphic Designer - Ali Corbett Creative - who designs our programme and our fabulous posters.
The Tickets Team have the busy job of ensuring that all the amazing sponsors, cast and production team get the best tickets available. Most of their work doesn't start until rehearsals actually begin but as soon as they start they are some of the busiest members on the team. Our freshly renamed Fundraising and Resources Team are in charge of sourcing all of the weird and wonderful props and pieces of set that the production team wish for, believe us when we say this can be some very weird items (everything from a full-size Reliant Kitten, to 15 Shopping Trollies). They are very busy throughout the rehearsal process trying to get these items, they go by the motto of "beg, borrow and steal". They are also in charge of organizing Fundraisers to help raise money for our show and for the incredible charities we support!
The Charities Coordinator is a very important role on the Admin Team, they are in charge of running the charity application process and contacting all of the incredibles charities throughout the year. They also help to organise our charity visits during our rehearsal process where our cast members go and see where all the money that we raise is going.
